ReplyDeleteI want you to remind yourself that it is OK to grieve. You have had a great loss. I would encourage you to seek grief counseling after giving yourself some time. If you are not aware of a group in your area, call the local hospital or mental health facility. Grief counseling consists of others who have lost and they help each other through their hard times. hugs
